Walking as part of a team qualifies you for additional benefits and perks! Set your goals high and let us know how we can help you and your team reach them!

TEAM 100%

Teams with at least four members where every member of the team turns in $5 or more in fundraising are part of our TEAM 100% Club. By having 100% of their team members fundraising, these teams have shown they are 100% committed to Walk MS and its mission to create a world free of MS. All teams achieving TEAM 100% status by two weeks before the Walk MS event will

• be listed on a poster, sign, or banner at the event
• be recognized on our Walk MS website

TEAM AWARDS - Day of Event

• Largest Team - Awarded to the team with the highest number of registered team members by the day of the event
• Spirit Stick Award - Awarded to the team displaying the best Walk MS spirit at the event
• Best Team T-shirt

TOP FUNDRAISING TEAMS - by division

• Division 1: 50+ registered team members
• Division 2: 21-49 registered team members
• Division 3: 10-20 registered team members
• Division 4:  4-10 registered team members
• Rookie:  New 2014 Walk MS teams

Step it Up Award

This is a very special award given to the Walk MS team that shows the most improvement in team fundraising from the previous year. Since teams vary in size, we will compare the average fundraising per team member (team total $ divided by number of team members) from 2014 to 2015 to see which team has grown the most in their fundraising power.

TEAM VILLAGE

The Team Village is an incredible way to experience Walk MS with your team members.You've recruited them and raised money with them, now celebrate with them! By hitting certain fundraising levels, you will get your own team table and possibly other benefits.

We encourage you to arrive a little early to decorate your table and create that party atmosphere where you and your team members can enjoy the hope and inspiration of Walk MS!  In addition to serving as a gathering place for your team, you can show off your team spirit and personality by decorating the table, displaying your Walk MS story (why you walk), bringing snacks, etc.

Having a table in the Team Village shows your team's commitment to the Walk MS mission to create a world free of MS. Teams qualify for the team village based off of the previous year's fundraising numbers or by meeting the fundraising minimum by a certain date for this year's event. Deadlines and more information for each walk location will be communicated via email to team captains. 

Tables in the Team Village will be awarded to  

• Walk MS 2014 teams that raised $2,000 or more in 2013
• Walk MS 2015 teams that raise $2,000 or more by the deadline 

Team Village Perks (based on total amount raised by the team)

• $2,000 - Your team will have a table waiting for them in the Team Village on the day of the Walk
• $5,000 - In addition to the table, we will provide you a 10x10 tent
• $10,000 -  In addition to the table, we will provide you a 10x10 tent
